Link protector redirecting to main page

Hello i have a problem with link protector script, managed to install it and it is online but when i make any protected link and try to open it always redirects to main page. I am using nginx on my server maybe that is the cause off bad redirection, is there a rule that i need to change maybe. Do you have the .htaccess file uploaded to the directory of where DLP is installed? Alternatively, you can turn off the short url feature in ./config.php

I assumed DLP had a short url feature within the script, but I was mistaken. I have now upgraded DLP to v1.1.2 where the short url feature is now present. After you have downloaded the latest version, you will then be able to turn off the short url feature via the config.php file.
