Chinese Language Pack

Now, the Chinese language pack has been completed. There is also a small part of the translation of some problems, I will fix it in the next few days.

If your template does not use utf-8 encoding, It will not work, so please use utf-8.

Next week I will start the production of the Japanese language pack. If I have time, I think it will soon be completed.

If Daddy's File Host v1.2 released, I will upgrade the two language pack.

Now, please add it to the Daddy's File Host v1.1. Thanks SamEA and PeterS.
