I get a warning on all pages HELP

Ok so i uploaded everything and everything is working! The only problem is on all pages I have the error written...

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(./storage/.htaccess/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/tmp) in /home/revcity/public_html/index.php on line 109

And other questions:
How do i edit the "Your Affiliates" at the bottom?
Is there any other layouts?
Can i get rid of the FAQ page? (Its annoying)
