SWEET! thanks! i have a question, is there a setting that requires the user to login before they can download or upload anything? so there would be no unregistered users? and also, is it possible to have a closed registration? IE i would have to add the user

Those would require separate MODs and I would suggest posting this in the Feature Request section.

However, this is the process that will need to be done:

1) Check login status upon the index page to decide whether or not to display the upload form.
2) Check login status is "admin" when using registration page.
