Video platform script

Hello,

i want to create a video-platform (like youtube, etc.)
But I don´t have any scripts or software.

I would pay about 100$ for it, maybe a bit more.

Integrated with DFH or a stand-alone application? Or are you requesting for a YouTube clone?

A standalone application is better,
and a youtube clone would be good.

But the application shouldn´t have bugs or some errors.
I would like to create a video-portal like youtube.
