Download not start with kaspersky (KES 10) enabled

Hi,

In my site, (http://www.lankafiles.com/) , I've got a strange problem,

I am using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 on my pc. When enabled DFH downloads will not start after entering the correct captcha code. It goes to the account comparison table instead and begin the count down process again.

But when KES is paused, downloads working well.

It is only happening with DFH. Rapidshare, Mediafire etc .... are working fine with KES enabled.

Any ideas / fix / workaround ?

Note: I am using free version of DFH.

Hi Nayan,

I am afraid your issue has nothing to do with DFH, but instead with Kasperky instead. However, I can't see how an antivirus can interfere with DFH's process, unless it is altering DFH's download page (e.g. modifying the JavaScript code and thus breaking the code).

My best advise is to forward this issue to Kasperky and/or manually debug what is going wrong. To manually debug this issue, you will have to view the source of the download page (not the comparison page) and compare it against two versions (when the antivirus is off and when it is on). If there is a difference, apart from the captcha code being different, the antivirus is breaking code.

Feel free to report back with the debugging information and Kasperky's response.
