First Timer

First time on the site.
Truly impressed.
I downloaded V1 and I was able to install it very easily.
The only problem I get is that when it uploads the file it shows "localhost" instead of my host. I'm still trying to figure out what setting to change for that. I've probably uploaded it incorrectly.

Anyways, hoping to start a small file-sharing site without ads and with a decent upload/download limit. I was able to find good hosting with unmetered bandwidth and 100mbps. What are your guys' thoughts on 100mbps? Enough for a small sharing site?

Looking forward to starting this project and helping others with the same errors they might encounter.

Hi Stadium and welcome onboard DaddyScripts!

To change the default URL from localhost, login as admin by using the default credentials (admin/password) and navigate to Settings from the AdminCP. Afterwards, change the Site URL to match yours.

For a startup file hoster, 100mbps will be sufficient. When and if you begin to require more bandwidth, upgrade your plan.
