Captcha not working !!

hello , i started using "Daddy's Link Protect" recently .

i have noticed i am not getting captcha before visiting links protected page .

its shows password if i use it otherwise not show captcha when i don't use password..

i am using Daddy's Link Protector v1.1.2.

maybe is because cookie
try to open the url in a new browser, or incognito window

its show captcha only one time, show again if i clear cookies .
