But as I said phpinfo.php tells me that it took all informations in my php.ini because post_max size = 5000 M

so .. don't really understand .... id doesn't work neither throught simple html ...
So it's working for files up to 99 mb ...

Any other ideas ...?

Try expanding the max_execution_time value and see if that resolves the issue.

I have same problem, my php.ini values are

max_execution_time = 10800
max_input_time = 10800
memory_limit = 200M
post_max_size = 1000M
upload_max_filesize = 1000M

and if i want upload file with size>100mb it stops on 100% and do nothing
