Okay, is Flash 9+ installed on your IE 9? In order for the progress bar to work, you need both Flash and JavaScript active on your browser.

I've updated the Flash Player version 9 to 10 and is fixed.

How Can i tell if the internet explorer i have installed is internet explorer 8? i have internet explorer on my computer and i want to know if the internet explorer i have installed is internet explorer 8 because of the recent security issues with the previous versions of internet explorer.

When in IE; press ALT once and then click on Help --> About.
